1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let a site recognize your browser across requests — to keep you signed in, for example.
We also refer here to similar technologies (such as your browser’s localStorage) where we use them to remember your choices.
2. Cookies we use
We try to use as few as possible. The complete list:
Authentication (strictly necessary)
- What: cookies set by Supabase to keep you signed in (names begin with
sb-). - Why: required for the Service to work once you sign in. Without them, you cannot stay logged in.
- How long: for your session and a short refresh window (typically a few days).
- Consent: not required — these are strictly necessary cookies under the ePrivacy Directive.
Cookie preference (strictly necessary)
- What: a small entry in your browser’s localStorage that remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies.
- Why: so we don’t ask you on every visit.
- How long: up to 12 months from when you made the choice; after that we ask again. You can also change your choice at any time.
- Consent: not required — necessary to honour your expressed preference.
Analytics (consent required)
- What: cookies set by PostHog (EU Cloud) when you accept analytics. Names typically begin with
ph_. - Why: to understand how visitors find and use the Service so we can improve it. We do not use these cookies for advertising or for tracking across other sites.
- How long: up to 12 months from your last visit.
- Consent: required. PostHog stays paused on first visit; analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner.
3. Changing your choice
You can change your analytics-cookie choice at any time:
- Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to re-open the cookie banner.
- Clear this site’s storage in your browser to make the banner appear again on your next visit.
- Use your browser’s settings to block cookies from this site entirely.

4. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove a service. Material changes will be communicated by email or by in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
